Parus Hotel is located in the business, cultural and n the historical center of Khabarovsk city with its own park, Amur River View and the historical city sights. There are a contemplating Japanese Gardens, majestic pine trees and a magnificent Amur river view from the rotunda in the Parus Park. Currently, there are 82 suites of different categories in the hotel: 7 business suites in the Central building, 24 deluxe rooms and suites in the Building A, 51 standard rooms in the Building B.

The Central building is an old two-storied mansion built in the late 19th century. The decorative splendor of natural stone, wood, and stucco moldings impart an air of elegance, luxury and comfort that would undoubtedly appeal to the most exacting guests.
The hotel also provide Parus Restaurant with a capacity of 45 people, which is one of the most reputable in the city of Khabarovsk.
